Our consultancy services provide organisations with:

• an independent review of the needs of stakeholders
• an evaluation of the possible solutions
• a recommendation with practical steps for implementation

We aim to build consensus around the proposed changes required and act as a "critical friend" to management, highlighting areas for improvement and bringing in the best practices from other organisations that we have worked with.

Domain Expertise

Our focus is in the areas of IT, Telecommunications, Broadcasting and the Health Service, where we have specialist knowledge and experience. For other areas we can work in collaboration with our associates or refer to our networks.

Interim Management Services

As interim programme managers, we aim to optimise the value of an organisation's project portfolio through the use of project information for executive decision making, resource allocation, the management of costs, changes, risks, issues and tracking of progress.

To do this we often support an existing programme office function or set one up to provide project processes, documentation, data and performance indicators. We work across departments and locations to build effective project teams, matching project's demand with skills availability, coaching individuals and ensuring communication with and buy-in from, all stakeholders.

We also bring our line management experience to Operations and General Management roles, where we can quickly fill a vacant position, providing leadership, responsibility for staffing, service provision, P&L and fulfilling departmental objectives.
